Sugarcel
A gum tragacanth substitute powder which when added to sugarpaste will strengthen it for making modelling paste. It may also be added to royal icing to make a modelling paste. (This will make a whiter icing than natural gum trag).
Handy to keep in the cupboard for when you need to strengthen paste.
A CMC substitute for quick strengthening of sugar paste.
